I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I've been following you for a while now and this looks delicious! I'm more of a "prepper" so I have things like dehydrators, a freeze dryer, oil press, grain mill, etc. My reason for watching these videos is for protein and comfort food replacement in the even of a potential SHTF scenario and if meat becomes scarce. I very much appreciate your videos man! Keep it up!

Thanks Mark - this looks Great! I haven't had meat for 25 years but can see that this would likely mimic the Arby's roast beef as it is now. I recall the very early, original Arby's beef in the 60's when it was cooked fresh (not processed/frozen) and it was quite different and quite a bit juicier and red-rare than the current sandwiches are. The early Arbys were to die for! So flavorful. Then by the early 70's Arbys unfortunately went to using frozen - more washed out grey stuff which was much more bland.

How cool! A fellow Ohioan! I haven't had Arby's in a very long time and the Beef And Cheddar was my favorite sandwich of all time for take out from anywhere. I really need to try this.

Oh you better believe I'm making this! My best friend who is vegan with me was obsessed with arbys before we changed our diet! He is going to be so excited when I make this for him as a suprise for his birthday in 7 days!! I can't wait! Gottta buy some curly fries now too ;)
