China's Shenzhou-14 crew completed the first extravehicular rescue verification when conducting their second extravehicular activities (EVAs) on Saturday, the China Manned Space Agency (CMSA) announced.

With the aid of the small mechanical arm, two astronauts conducted a series of extravehicular tasks, including the installation of extravehicular assistance handles and the extended pump set of the load circuits. They also verified the extravehicular rescue capability.
