Why We Might Not Get a Beatles Rubber Soul Remix in 2024! #thebeatles

I have a feeling that they possibly won’t release a Rubber Soul remix this year, but could possibly go completely left field and release Remastered editions of the Anthology albums. One never really knows, though.

If they never remix Rubber Soul it wouldn’t hurt my feelings. Rubber Soul is already a perfect album in my opinion, The Beatles very best. I believe George Harrison said the same thing.

It would be nice to have Magical Mystery Tour would be cool as well as the song track to Yellow Submarine maybe combined with the.original Yellow Submarine release maybe with Blue-Ray copies of both movies with the vinyl copies. And why not Rubber Soul to get it all out of the way.... I'm not getting any

We can probably expect one of these releases:
1. A MMT / YS remix
2. A Live at the Starclub remix
3. An extended Get Back doc. on DVD/Blu-ray (feat. a restored version of the original movie and the new 2 hours version which where aired in selected cinemas).
4. A PPM / WTB remix with bonus tracks
5. A ADH / BFS remix with bonus tracks.
6. An Anthology remaster/remix feat. Now and Then.

60th anniversary Beatles releases this year would be Beatles For Sale and A Hard Day's Night albums.
Yes, I agree a 2025 remix/ deluxe release of Rubber Soul makes much more sense. even a re-mix of Help!

Thing about anniversaries is they happen every year.

MMT with Yellow Submarine and all the associated tracks that go with.
That would take care of what’s left for the latter half of The Beatles.
Of course they won’t do that. It disappoints me that a band that
is held in such high regard issues such sketchy releases…more or less.

I think they'll stop tying these in with anniversaries. If they did anniversary editions-
2024: A Hard Day's Night and Beatles For Sale.
2025: Help! and Rubber Soul.
2026: Nothing. (Maybe Anthology albums?)
2027: Magical Mystery Tour
2028: Nothing.
2029: Yellow Submarine.
2030-2032: Nothing again. (Maybe Past Masters?)
2033: Please Please Me and With The Beatles.
Doesn't make sense. I think we'll get Rubber Soul this year, Magical Mystery Tour next year, then after that? They'll just make it up as they go along

I'm perfectly happy with the remaster. The idea of a re-mix actually scares me. Don't mess with it please!
