Chuck E Cheese, the restaurant chain that became a Mecca for children and a crucible for many of their parents, is filing for bankruptcy protection. Katie Johnston reports.

I remember drowning in the ball pit and the mascot holding the pizza from my hand, and many more. But it was a pretty good place... depending on which place your at.

Sad. One of my favorite memories was when I was eight. I went to Chuck-E-Cheeses and had a blast! The games were fun, the pizza (and yes I mean it) was delicious, and the funniest part I was watching two young boys climb up on stage with the animatronics and doing God knows what to them! Haha! Memories that I will never forget : )
