BLUEBERRY SUNSHINE CAKE!

Method below. Don't forget to subscribe for more!

1. Place a small dollop of buttercream on your cake board, and smooth it out with an offset spatula.
2. Place a layer of vanilla sponge cake and press it down.
3. Add some blueberry mousse and smooth it out using offset spatula.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3, until all your cake layers are used up. Then chill your cake in the fridge.
5. Make a crumbcoat using buttercream; a crumbcoat is a thin layer of buttercream smoothed out on your cake to seal in all your crumbs. Now chill your cake for around 20 minutes.
6. Apply a final coat of yellow colored buttercream on your cake and smooth it out. Place in fridge again for 10 minutes.
7. Remove excess buttercream formed on top using an offset spatula.
8. Place cake in fridge to chill again.
9. Apply some shades of purple buttercream and white buttercream to the sides of your cake using small spoons.
10. Smooth out the colors to create a watercolor effect. Apply more colors of buttercream and smooth them out as needed.
11. Place flowers on top of your with matching colors.
12. Cut out and enjoy!
