My Unblock box 10 bought about 2 years ago is suddenly down for 2 days already. Chatted with Unblock company in Hong Kong and their answer is due to maintenance of a large international service provider which caused the breakdown and reiterated service would be normal few hours later! However, I waited for 2 days, still without live TV! I suspect Unblock might be forced to close down for good. Hope this is not the case. Anyone can update and share the information?

just got my ubox11, but the screen is very jerky when is panning anyway to make it smoother? Compare to beetv the video quality not as good and the audio got some swashing sound.

This TV box, while great if it is working, is riddled with hanging issues, and several of its UB apps do not work or stream. You will be forced to keep buying a new device in the hope it will solve the problem.

The reality is this unblock TV box will only last a couple of years 3 to 4 years. It will suddenly freeze unable to operate. Contacted customer service. They said u to flash with firmware but if asked they never provide u with firmware package but rather suggested to buy a new version. So if you buy one, u never get any technical support! The box is nicer long lasting but with a limited life span.
