This video brought some peace of mind! I always feel I bring myself back to the thought. "Your not diagnosed so these are your real feelings" Im talking to a therapist soon so I'm hoping that I can get a diagnosis! Thank you for this ❤️

Thanks for this video Kirsty, I was hoping for some advice on my situation: I feel like my OCD thoughts are real because I remember actively thinking about that topic, and because I actively thought about it, I think my thoughts are real which makes me feel guilty. Could you please advise me what to do? Many thanks.
