Holy War with Elon, Unholy War at Synod

The Faith and Reason panel discuss Elon Musk’s continued endorsement of Donald Trump, and his devastating condemnation of “the woke mind virus” in an interview with Tucker Carlson. But while Musk has seen that we need religion to regain sanity, the “Synod on Synodality” in Rome seems to think the opposite.

The Faith and Reason panel discuss Francis’ latest appointment of cardinals, including Fr Timothy Radcliffe—whose pro-LGBTQ record is something to behold. Meanwhile, Father James Martin—who has been promoting a progressive, LGBTQ agenda for years, is deeply involved with the machinations of the Synod. The panel place the current Church and societal crises in the context of a larger cultural and spiritual battle, showing that we must return to faith and to traditional values to avoid the catastrophe ahead of us.

When are our priests going to have enough guts to speak to the people in the pews? So many have no idea what is going on and will go along with anything out of ignorance. Our priests have to band together and tell the people. He can’t cancel all of them.

I agree that it is a choice between two evils when it comes to abortion - however, the country has many, many more issues and kamala would be the WORSE choice on ALL issues. I believe that if we pray enough for Melania and Trump, they will come around on abortion - whereas kamala would never ever see the sin and evil of not just abortion but on all the other issues she supports. We MUST vote - all of us.

I have always been suspicious of the apparent visions at Medugorje but I will always remember that a friend of mine who used to visit there told me that one of the visions warned that the pope after Benedict XVI would be a heretic. I dismissed it as nonsense at the time. But, to be honest, it looks like this 'prophecy', if such it was, has been fulfilled.
