For their states. This is central govt budget and money which will be handled by central govt for real development of the one horrible state and one crappy state. The money won't go into the pockets of either Nitish or Naidu who we all know would personally consume 90% of it and very little would go for real development.

Thanks people of UP and maharashtra for leading country into this, bjp avoided as much, didn't accapet special status demand. People who are not even seeing video and judging based on title lemme tell you reality
1)Ap once had hyd as capitaland had lot of wealth but after burification upa (congress led) allocated fund for ap capital which is not given to state becausenap chose idiot cm in 2019 now check about that fund and then say whether it is a 'free gift' from bjp or a previously allocated budjet now released and people who say that state contributes less tax bit gets more from budget, before division ap is one of the richest state and now it needs money for capital and tdp has proven capability to make a good city.

If i am talking of bihar my opinion i dont trust in the gov there now this one i have to agree that it is to have stable coalittion but what can centre do we voted for it and now we suffer due to it and also all those congress idiots and their chumchums talking about shit like regional preference learn the past of states first and also when budget of ap was allocated . Though i have to agree that taxation is horrible but i couldnt think of any viable way to continue the expenditure if suddenly there is dip in tax and even though tax through indirect tax rises it will affect middle class agian it is a big topic that cannot be explainednin a single comment explore more on this topic and when throughly think u will find how hard it is to find solution to this.
