About: Klaypex is an electronic trio based in Los Angeles consisting of Johnny Atar, Alan Notkin and Mark Emmanuel that produces variations of house, electro and future funk, a new genre combining 80's funk with elements of future music and electro house.

In the past Klaypex has collaborated with acts such as Epic Meal Time, Corridor Digital ("DUBSTEP GUNS"), Mike Diva and many other successful creators. They've also worked with international superstar Gerardo Ortiz and have collaborated with many other leading musicians throughout their career.

There is something that a lot of old Klaypex fans haven't realized yet;
Klaypex is NOT a "dubstep-only-group"!!
In their "Making of..." videos they explain that they really wanted to try out something new, but had the frightening thought that their fans wouldn't like it because it isn't dubstep. If you're a music enthusiast like me, then you wouldn't moan and cry about them not making as much dubstep as they have done in the past.

Show some love for their courage and trust instead.

People seem to think that klaypex is gone, or has changed a ton.. Well if you haven't noticed the name of the album is anything goes. I think what they are trying to say/do is expand the amount of genres they play music for. So instead of just plain old Klaypex we can get songs like this with an entirely new feel to them. I enjoy Klaypex as much as I did when I discovered them.

I do like the direction they were going with this, it's really catchy. Gotta love swing.

Though I admit it's way different than their usual stuff, it's a nice change of pace to hear artists try different things and making them work--goes to show that they're flexible and not just stuck on one shtick.
