"I dont care if you're innocent or not, you're going to prison", that alone should be enough to jepordize any case Malik tried to bring up, as there's a malicious intent to prosecute for harm rather then based on a legal precedent.


The fact that instead of producing evidence with 24 hours, and instead went to the press and made a wild accusation to sling mud in the water, the judge should've taken that into consideration instead of immediately turning on Harvey like that.
