WTB Horizon Slick Testride on Giant Trance
The bike is a Giant Trance 1 from 2018

Fox 34 Float Performance Elite
Fox Float DPX2 Performance
Sram GX Eagle mixup
Sram Brakes they suck under load!
The tires need temperature, else they sqeek and have no grip!
In my case the tires are leaking everywhere and failing like titanic, so i bumbed tubes in. Offroad Grip is good but the grip "window" is small of course. On the road they give you a big grip window if they are warm enough!
Else they sqeeeeeek and slide, but slow! so you can catch them easly even on the front.
Biggest plus ist the resistancy reduction! Air und contact resistancy is extremely reduced so you are faster! And faster is more fun!
Biggest minus is the wet grip and traction uphill.
I love this tires, and they look nice. Kinda supermoto style on a fully.
