ammmm..so what's the difference btwn Auto and "fixed" value of the labels when app is being used?

When I put the WindowStyle="None", I lose the title, even though I have Title="Main Window".  I am using VS 2012 Professional.  Any ideas?

XAML is so redundant...just use the tool box and stop wasting time!
