i lucked into 2 of these so I connected them together and it worked rather well. I don't have type of booster though. The antennas are joined into 1 line and go direct to the TV

For 189 MHz I would recommend an VHF attenuator. I had interference on FM band because the signal was too high so an adjustable VHF attenautor solved the problems and all channels can be heard clear.

I see that your antenna unfortunately needs a 14 Volts power, but there are set top boxes that can directly power the antenna with 5 Volts.

@Northcoaster Hobby your not overload. when your over loaded u would end up with No Signal on any of the channels. i have overload channels that 7 miles away from me beofore
