Good day Sir. I'm new to sheets (less than a month) and have been looking at your videos and trying to look for a solution to employee database management to run exclusively in google sheets. I currently have a sample sheet with hundreds of rows and 80+ columns of data. I'm hoping to create a separate sheet where I can add new employees, delete employees, pull up existing records-edit-save, add photos (and possibly documents), and all this without having double entries for each employee ID#. May I please humbly ask what video keywords should I be looking for exactly? Thank you Sir.

When I have same customer duplicates in the same sheat meaning the updates with notes were made in the same sheet and the same customer appears multiple times once with notes in notes column and once without. I want to get rid of the duplicates without notes but keep the different dates and kombining them in one cell as u did. Does it work the same way or could you make a video for this ? Really love your chanel subbed already ♥️

I was watching your videos to find out an answer but I couldn't find the exact one. Can you please tell me if there is any video where you have shown the function for lookup from multiple spreadsheet where there are multiple tab. For ex - I want the result in ABC spreadsheet and the search criteria should be from DEF speadsheet which has 1 to 10 sheet tabs.
Also is it somehow possible to link a offline excel and google sheet. Any reference for that well. Thanks.

How would you solve this small problem to merge and join duplicate rows of data which extended by and extra columns with new data?

​Sample Worksheet:

JOIN UNIQUE DATA COLUMNS WITH ROWS

I have data that I am tracking through phases on seprate sheets. the data I am collecting is redundant except each new phase ads a new column of data with a date that I am tracking

so, on the Master sheet i have 5 users with sevral rows of data per user, each row has the lastest date time,

I am trying to combine them onto a sheet where I use
​=UNIQUE({Master!$A$4:$G})

to get a clean set of the users and the redundant data.

next I have been trying to use:
=UNIQUE(FILTER({Master!$I$4:$I$1001}, {Master!$A$4:$A$1001}=A4, {Master!$B$4:$B$1001}=B4))


​To get the dates from each corresponding column matching it to the users name and phone number using the FILTER.

I have no problems until I get to row "K" because there are blanks in the column of data before the first viable date in that column is available. the date is what I want to attach to this new row on the JOIN UNIQUE DATA COLUMNS WITH ROWS sheet.

but...

I only get a blank cell and the the value populates beneath the blank cell?

how can I get rid of the blank cell or JOIN and merge this data correctly functionally or programmatically so I have a worksheet with 1 row of data per user with the corresponding date for each column?

How to delete data by timestamp. Just keep the last data. But you keep the first one.
