12 Years bro, 12 years. And the fact that the guy who created this short film directed Maze Runner is just fantastic.

This short film is so nostalgic. I remember seeing it in 2013 and it inspired my love for sci-fi and fantasy short films. Bummer it never turned into a full movie, but we still have this!

After hearing Wes Ball has been chosen to direct The Legend of Zelda live action movie, I decided to check out some of his work. I'm about halfway through watching the first Maze Runner and then I found this. I was a little bit worried about the Zelda movie, even though I loved how the Mario movie turned out. Zelda requires someone who can delicately deliver an exciting sense of action and adventure wrapped in up in uncompromising pathos. After seeing his work it's obvious to me that Wes Ball is the perfect man to bring the world of Hyrule to life. I'm really looking forward to it.

Saw this years and years ago. Never gets old. Only 8 minutes and yet amazingly fantastic not losing his cap driving at 120 mph.

The more I learn about Wes Ball, the more excited I am at the prospect of him Directing the Zelda movie. Seeing his other mo-cap work and the most recent one he’s working on has made even more hyped than before and I really REALLY hope that’s the direction Nintendo wants to go in, because Ball getting to direct his big, hit mo-cap Zelda movie would be phenomenal and I know he’d put so much passion into the project.

Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

As it's aged, in 2021 this is still visually stunning. The whole tunnel sequence blows my mind every time with how good it looks. So fucking rad.

Upon finding out that Wes Ball is going to direct the live action of The Legend of Zelda, I decided to watch this short film Ruin, Maze Runner 1 (which is a masterpiece, the two are meh but cool) and it shows that he does an excellent job also in the visual effects and I am super eager to see his next work "Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes" 🐒🐵💙

Wes Ball is an amazing director. I'm pretty sure The Maze Runner was his first movie and it was amazing. He's really talented and thank you to him for turning one of my favorite books into one of my favorite movies.
