I like rice, but we are warned about the arsenic in rice. Are you worried about that? Do you see it show up on your testing with people? Also they say that quinoa has some arsenic. Is quinoa ok to eat? And what about millet? Thank you very much for all of this important health information. Bless you!

Thank you Dr. Smith! I have a little question: Would you say that the information you shared on the "Solving the paleo equation" book is still valid? 🤗 If yes, at full 100% or what would change on it? Thank you again! 😀

Great information! I'm trying to figure out which foods are high in vitamin a, but every list is different. Specifically, some lists say that coconuts are ok and some lists say that olive oil is ok. And some lists say they are not good. Like Grant Genereaux's ebook says he used olive oil. Are olives or cocounut ok? And where is the best list to follow? Thanks so much!

I'm saving up so I can work with you in a few months. In the meantime, should I take your lactoferrin or should i wait for testing so we are not guessing?
