What I love the most about this build (apart from the great design) is the little sideways slide of the skiers at the bottom of the lift. It reminds me so much of the real thing, when you have to adjust a bit to get in the correct position for a seat or to catch a bar

I love that the skiers actually ski down the slope! Before watching the video I naively assumed they would be fixed to something that was moving them round.

This is really cool. The slope itself also looks a lot better now in my opinion. I supported this project and I hope other people do too, because I think this set would do great. However, for some reason I wish it was some sort of ski cafe instead of a lodge.

This is one of your finest creations. And that's saying something! The idea and the way it is fit inside such a small body is so creative. I especially love the height adjustment function and the way it basically splits the entire mechanism in two parts... Absolutely going to support it on Lego Ideas, would love to see it become an official set.

It also reminds me of one of those old toys from the flea market with the little dolphins, or penguins, in which they get carried higher up on the set, and slide down, and back around again!

Oh man, I love this. I built a few ski-lifts out of Lego as a kid, and I also built "winter sports" downhill tracks (bobsleds) This is elegant and amazing. I think you should offset the "berms" a little so the skiers turn a bit more.

This reminds me of those "Baby Einstein" videos I watched as a toddler! I remember some penguin-themed kinetic contraption that had a similar satisfying rise/fall cycle.
