I keep some basic colors of very narrow ribbon on hand and sew them right on the seam of all knit shoulders. That prevents the stretching. I’m particularly impressed with the sweater, and I love the color!

Really like the knitting, I knit too, of an evening. Particularly like socks. But sweaters, or jumpers, too.

All of your makes are so cute! Your cardigan is beautiful - I love all the red you used. For your shoulder seams, you can sew clear elastic into the seam, or add a small strip of interfacing into the seam to stop them stretching. Thank you for sharing your beautiful makes - I learn about so many pattern companies from watching your videos. I am sure your son is thrilled with the cute kittie you knitted!

All of the fabrics in my stash cry out to me "sew me!!" too, glad I'm not the only one! I don't know how people bare it when they have such a big stash, I feel so guilty! All your makes are so lovely and neat :)
