William Fong represents the best of our community. He saw my Ultra Magnus collection and surprised me with a beautiful framed print of Ultra Magnus with Robert Stack's signature and mounted the certificate of authenticity on the back and everything. Great review as usual. I've been pondering diving into the Hot Toys Ep. VII figures myself. I've been eyeing Finn for about a week now and I have some Sideshow reward points burning a hole in my pocket.

Congarts on your first Hot Toys purchase! My first and only is a War Machine from Iron Man 2 in comic-ish colors. I am glad I have Hot Toys but after buying War Machine I will never be a Hot Toys collector.

When you got to the eyes, you mentioned the "wet look" that the gloss brings out. THAT is what was missing from Tarkin\Leia in Rogue One as well as all CGI Human analogs. That Uncanny Valley could be helped by some good old fashion Wet Gloss!

oh man how did you fall into this new money pit lol I grabbed a couple of their 1/6 diecast figures and really like them. hard to find good reviews on those due to other reviewer's unreasonable fears of breaking something, so glad to see you on board =)

Congrats, dude! Never thought you'd get into these 1/6 scale figures LOL! Finn looks great though! Not a huge SW fan myself, and I've started to venture away from HT a bit as well. They do a insane job on the details and make the figures look very realistic, nobody can ever denie that fact. However! For the price we pay for these figures, I think they could throw in a few extra accessory pieces. Some of these figures makes you feel like you've just been kicked in the nuts by a donkey or something, because there are close to no accessories on some of them. Yet still you have to sacrifice your first born and bleed for a month to be able to buy these LOL! The great news is that if you are a SW fan AND have a fat wallet, then you're in for a hell of a time with HT these days! But be warned! You'll never be absolutely 100% happy with any 1/6 scale figure. There is always something to critisize LOL!

And finally! One massive advice/warning about these wrist pegs, Bobby! And Im not fucking kidding you on this one! Use that fameous hot water or hairdryer trick on the hands before you attempt to remove a peg if its stuck in the hand! You'll get 2 replacement pegs, but still! Getting a broken piece out of a hand is a bitch!! On some figures the hands feel soft, so you'll be fine without the hot water/hairdryer trick, but as far as my experience goes, these hands are harder than a you-know-what on a nude beach! So be careful, buddy! These figures costs way to damn much to be broken just because you didn't know about this or that. Anyways! Damn awesome to see you showing some 1/6 scale love, dude ;)

By the way! Freakin' awesome Darth Skullface figure LOL! You should try to make a 1/6 scale custom Skullface figure, dude! With these 1/6 scale reviews, it would open up for some potentionally awesome skits LOL!
