The universe, and how it works, is like putting together a puzzle. One of these mysteries is energy. Why does it have different forms? How can it change forms? Why is energy conserved as it changes? Five clues are presented to help solve this puzzle.

Clue #4 is actually two clues: (a) f for frequency, and (b) h for angular momentum. The latter also tells something very fundamental…

Is it the thing that causes things to oscillate? Or the oscillating waves? It creates the standing waves of mass, that absorbs or emits moving waves ? How can it be that energy is truly conserved? Doesn't that suggest the universe's energy will last for infinity?

imo energy is the interaction of the Zero Point Energy with matter. When light travels in vacuum and it does not interact with anything the energy is not displayed, but it is transient.

In the context of energy it seems is strictly; matter interaction with the "aether" (ZPE)

Planck's second theory explains it well. In my opinion it explains the "ultraviolet catastrophe" since the ZPE is providing a "resistive momentum" to large amounts of heat vibrations but this is just my interpretation.

energy in my gut feeling is also connected to time and entropy... is its manifestation. Bose-einstein condensate slows light down

One part of this puzzle is time. In wvery case, where you have a time, a frequency or a speed in your energy formulas, you have to insert a Lorentz factor (i.e. E=(γ-1)mc² instead of E=mv²/2). Another part is, that you can imagine a special (virtual) particle with also special properties like consisting of near super fluid "stuff" (on the opposite non special particles are made of 100% non fluid "stuff"), which can be the particles for any kind of energy and also responsible for keeping the elements of your PTE together. And since those special particles are also resposible for energy, they can't have energy (where mass also is a kind of energy) for themself, although they're kind of fabric. One single "row" of those particles make up gravity and more or less dense cones of those rows make up any other kind of energy. As you can see, this mechanism solved also the problem of one "grand unified force" and the mechanism is very simple to understand, but difficult to draw or explained in detail.

energy is information, for instance an element in a matrix. Each field or dimension has its own information set based on the particles of the field which are effectively the information storage for these matrices. The conversion of energy from one field to another is lossless in due to the nature of the functions that relate them. Energy waves are also quantized into the etheric field, whereby spacetime creates the medium to store information related to the direction and amplitude of waves.

rly interesting chanell... for this try to understand basic principles I really like it. 😀But you can't do that, by using currents models of physics, because they are build on false assumptions.
Like particle phi sics is build on assumption that 'energy' (some kind of 'magic energy' or like 'force' in Star Wars) is a building block of everything. So they skip mass in equation and then invent some (dumb) particles/force to 'give mass'.

But we should answer to for simple question first, before we try to explain 'basics':
1. what ENERGY is? what come if from? what's makes 'energy'? how it's interact with matter? etc. etc. ON FUNDAMENTAL LEVEL.
2. how we can detect or not 'aether', because waves needs medium, that's 100% sure. And we know for sure, that many 'almost basic block' are waves and have waves properties.
3. is aether can be compressed or not? is aether move in space or just vibrate?
4. can we explain this 3 upper points in 3D space or we need 4D space?

This 4 'simple' question can give us 'all answers' we need. 😀😁

The universe is very large...arguably, it is infinite. Since it would be impossible to solve any question for an infinite system, we need to bound the scope to a system of interest. Energy is simply an imbalance in a bound system...any bound system. It could also be stated as a system not in equilibrium. In a 'natural' system, nature will always seek equilibrium...something will change during this process. The impetus for the change can be referred to as ‘Energy’.
