It would be lovely and all to see how cozy and preciously she's decorated her guest house..Wonder if the stay can include a freshly prepared breakfast, and also, the opportunity eat and chat with Mae...I think you could do it properly, a good conversation and humor..Yes, you could do just that!❤

Yorkshire Parkin is a gingerbread type cake made with oats (oatmeal). I found it interesting because I had just discovered different kinds of gingerbread recipes on YouTube but none with oatmeal, an ingredient I love using in my baking. Now, I have found the gingerbread recipe of my dreams just in time for the holidays. Thanks, Harrison! 😊

Absolute cracking video, the contrast between you and May, the old style shop, Northern treats, the "spatula" that would melt on contact with meat lol, all of it top tier.

You should go back and do a b&b stay there and maybe film a Northern cookery show with May.
