I had a really serious problem on my face lots of breakouts acne and lots of acne scars


Finally i solved my problem by myself it *Does* *Not* *cost* anything its like free u can do it at home

1 you need to drink lots of water *6* to *8* glasses a Day.

2 you need to clean ur face everyday by cold water only and clean your skin so gentley
( i dont use any products) only water ...( i was using before but it didnt work i used diffrent brands too

3 Try to change your Diet
Dont eat fried food or oily food
Try to Eat more veges
Also try to avoid fast food and resturants no soft drinks any high sugar sources

4 Dont use any creams or oil on your face

5 change your cloths everyday and Dont use a hat or anything on your head

6 take shower at least once in two days ( cold water ) and so quickly


You will notice that your skin is improving so quickly ofc you will have small break out but thats okay it will be gone with Time

Its been a month since I used this way which i still use it but my face doesnt have acne or breakout or pimples anymore
Only *acne* *scars* remain but its really reduced super fast

Im planing to do maybe derma rollar for a month you can search youtube for it
Its only for acne scars and skin issues

If u have active acne Dont use Derma rollar

DONT US COCONUT OIL FOR OILY/ACNE PRONE SKING, is the WORST oil for acne prone skin, im talking from the experience, this oil gave me the worst acne breakout of my life, I used it 3 times to exfoliate and for oil cleanse and OMG my face, neck and chest juts sufered an acne explosion that toke me almost 1 year to control with a dermatologist and Roacutane pils.

PD: Sorry if my English isn't right im just learning English here on YT, I hope you understand what I mean.

Just a tip: be careful when using coconut oil on your face. It’s been known to cause even more breakouts for most people

1.) green tea into ur skincare routine. Let cool, put in spray bottle and spritz all over your face.

2.) Exfoliate regularly not everyday though how to make: salt, sugar, and coconut oil until paste like.

2.) B bowl 2 table spoons of oats and half a cup of water and 2 table spoons of coconut oil and one table spoons of honey.

3.) cucumbers to moisturize and apply onto area affected and wait 15 mins then take off. It reduces the appearance of acne and scaring.

4.) use natural lemon juice and apply onto the affected areas. Leave for 50 mins and then wash off with water.

i need people to stop promoting or click baiting the “overnight” stuff. it’s literally not possible. it can take months, even years to fade acne scars even with the use of home remedies and medication

I’m not sure if this is for everybody or just me - I have combination skin and I get more acne towards my period and if I’m unhealthy - but my Dermatologist says it’s bad for people to use coconut oil on the face and sugar/ salt scrubs because those exfoliates are VERY damaging to your skin and it’s better to stick with the ones in stores and the ones that are dubbed natural. And cucumbers are good for bringing in moisture and reducing puffiness I believe, but you should buy a moisturizer too. I use alba botanica ( it’s dubbed natural with no harsh chemicals) daily detox cleanser. For my acne specifically, I use alba botanica ACNE DOTE face exfoliation. After I use Mr. Freeman’s face masks and it works like a freaking miracle. I also have sensitive skin so this stuff is very gentle and it really helps my acne.

Okay so if you have a really big red pimple (this is from experience) you can get ice and put it on your face until it melts. I did this and stopped to redness a little. What I also did (I know it sounds weird but I was desperate at the time) was poke a push pin into my pimple. It actually made it smaller and it wasn’t as large. (Squeeze your pimple when you put the push pin.) But I bet you’re here because of the scars so I currently have scars as well and it has gotten better by putting this healing cream on the pimples. You can also use ice or toothpaste as well. Rose water is good and so is lemon/lime. Remember to drink lots of water and keep your hair out of your face because the oil in your hair actually gives you more pimples. Wash your face twice a day and use lotion!
