This isnt hypnosis believe it or not the younger the person is the more likely they are to do this most older people that either are skeptical or dont believe or are very strong minded will actually not move there arms i did this before when i was younger and my hand moved just like in the video and all it is your playing tricks on your mind if you believe one hand has a heavy rock and the other is tied with a baloon and you constantly just think that while hes telling you that your arms will move without you even feeling that your moving them the "hypnosis" person told me how this works its actually very cool.

I'll add this it works even better if you get the person very relaxed, and as soon as you the Hypnotist sees someone move there arms you basically know that they will listen to what you say like i said its actually very interesting on how people like this can trick the mind but dont worry anyone its not really him forcing you to do anything it your own self
