I do have one question:
Did the red vehicle have their lights on? Because driving a car at 5:40 am, it's probably dark, but the streets could have been illuminated by street lights on the side of the road. And the driver in the red car, may have thought that their light were on. Plus, if the driver in the red car, was in highschool. She more than likely was an inexperienced driver. And she just forgot to turn on her lights. But that one mistake cost the lives, and livelihoods of several individuals.

Therefore, if that lighting situation is the reason for this collision, then the driver of the gray or silver vehicle did not see the red vehicle.

This happened to me. It was about 10::00 or 11:00 pm. I had my lights on, and driving on a street. I was in the middle divider, to take a left turn. And as soon as I Wham, head on collision. When the cleanup crew arrived. One of them mentioned how many of these collision happen because one or both cars didn't have their light on.

At that point, I immediately looked at both vehicles, my car had all the lights on. And the other car did not. And that would explain why I didn't see the other car.

Also, this collision emphasizes the reason to wear seat belts while in a moving car, SUV or truck.

I would like to know if the people in the expedition were illegal or were here legal
