Drying is an important part of Freeze Drying. You need some sort of vacuum like chamber. I would cut a hole and use something like a vacuum nozzle to suction out the air and moisture. Make sure you insulate the hole so no air or moisture gets back in. Good Luck 🤞

Freeze drying works by taking moisture out of the candy. I mean you could try to use a metal tin and lay them on there with the dry ice

you actually need to put them in a vaccum chamber.. that is cooled from outside reaching extremely cold temperatures
