I’m a creator who makes chill music playlists. In the course of compiling, arranging and re-arranging the songs in the playlist, I rack up hundreds of views before the playlist is even published. Does YouTube count these “production” views when the playlist is published? I can never tell if my view count reflects actual views by other people.
