Tim's Best Toys of 2015

Many of the videos we show on this YouTube channel feature toys from Tim's collection - over 20,000 toys that he has acquired over the last 30 or so years. Tim normally only has one of each toy, and they are not for sale. However the Grand Illusions web site does have a small online Toy Shop, where we offer a few unusual toys that Tim comes across in his travels to various toy fairs around the world. And these toys are for sale.

In this video, Tim picks out his favourite toys from the 40 or so new items we featured in the Grand Illusions Toy Shop during 2015.

The box trick works like this; the top deck has all of the weight in it, and the bottom ones are empty. Your brain thinks you need to apply a tighter grip on the 3, so it makes it easier to lift it. When you pick up just the top one, your brain thinks you need a looser grip than all 3, so it is harder to lift. No magnets.

Prisma specs 4:44 would be absolutely perfect for laying flat in bad with a book in your lap so that you can read without holding your book over your. Genius.
