Have you ever considered having cosmetic or plastic surgery? If so then this video is for you. I sit down with Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon Patrick Mallucci to answer all of those niggling questions - does it hurt, how much does it cost, will I scar, what should I expect on the day, can I ask to see before and after pictures, and how do I find a good surgeon who will look after me?

Patrick is the UK's most respected beast surgeon, with 15 years NHS work behind him, five in private practice, however he also works on faces, does lipo and runs one of the UK's busiest non surgical clinics with a day patient surgical unit.

You can find his personal site here

you can find his clinic site here

(full disclosure this is where Jo and I go to see Dr Alexis Granite for our Botox etc, it is also where I met Patrick.)

Here are the two surgical registry sites

I had a breast reduction when I was 30 years old, I waited as I wanted to nurse my kids, and it was the best thing I have ever done, would have it done again in a heart beat. I went from a GG to a C/D , I had liposuction on the area under my arms and that was the most painful and the hardest to deal/function with . My kids were 2 1/2 and 1 year .

I've always wondered if choosing to fight age with plastic surgery is throwing money at a battle you are going to lose without a doubt. Eventually your face will age, even if you have enough money to fend off the wrinkles and sagging for quite some time. Is it better to work on your inner self and save your money for things like travel and other soul enhancing pursuits, or spend your savings on your face?

Dear Nadine, That was a great interview :) Please do a video about Plexr (also known as "soft surgery")? It sounds amazing so I would love to hear your opinion of it!

Same in Australia, surgeons are "Mister" or "Ms" (remnants of living under the colonial jackboot LOL)

It's very difficult to get "hard data" on doctors here in the US...

Being a ‘Mr’ instead of Dr is in NZ too- might be a Commonwealth thing

I’m watching intently but distracted bc that man is literally as the young one’s say, “a snack”. Sorry. Just had to get that out there. 🤭
