what should i do if i can only feel these in my knees?

Please read, thank you >>> I walk like a penguin, when I walk, my body moves side to side, my right hip is tight, I need a total knee replacement. I want to correct my walk, are there
anything I can do. Do you have videos, where I can do the exercises? There's a lot to this, but I don't want to give up, I just need guidance. *Can wobble gait be corrected* ?
