Very simple design. The easiest one we have seen yet! We would make a few alterations to suit our needs. My husband said he would make the backrest taller and add center reinforcement legs. Other than that, we are going to make it! Thanks

Could I just use trim head screws and skip the pre drill? Or is that not a good idea for outdoor furniture?

So the whole weight of the seaters is held by the horisontal screws, no reinforcements?

I like this, but i want the legs longer because my mom has problems getting up from low furniture, so i want it to sit higher. How would i do that.

the backrest is too short. sofa looks great but its not practical with that short backrest.
