Today I am making Claire Saffitz's miso buttermilk biscuits from her Dessert Person cookbook. I thought these biscuits sounded interesting with the addition of miso since I have never used it in baking before, but just like all the other Claire recipes I have tried, they were incredible!

I like the look better without your chef's hat.
You sure like Claire's recipes.
I like that technique of stacking the dough then rolling it out....it looks like it may create additional layers for the biscuits to rise with the steam from the butter.

lol Teddy just wants you to cook for him all the time, especially these biscuits.
