How could a sugar cubed size of neutron star weigh a billion tons? It just seems impossible that something could be so dense. And yet it's true. Mindblowing!!

I'm working on a theory that I call "The Duel Bang Theory"
The theory that there was 2 big bangs. The first bang created an empty universe, with energy that can move faster than the speed of light to create the space of the whole universe that allowed the second bang a place to inhabit and expand into. I'm not smart enough to complete the math to substantiate a model of plausibility as the forces used to allow the creation, may never be known.
So far i narrowed it down to 2 possibilities...
1.) The first bang created the empty universe that allowed 2nd bang to happen due to condensed energy buildup within it, until it went bang.
2.) The first bang created empty universe and generated more energy as it grew before it collapsed on itself, pulling all the energy back into a single, condensed/compressed point that caused the ignition of the big bang as we know it today.
Such as blowing up a balloon and quickly letting the air out, causing the collapse but without the energy escaping.
I may be completely wrong but what is reality in any one universe, is mere fantasy in all others.
