In general, for security reasons due to the odds of devastating damage to the systems in the office, you most assuredly *do* want to force Administrators to log in regularly and if they go through a period of lack of activity, they automatically are logged off; what if a sabateur gets his hands on an Administrator's logged in machine? He can cause a whole lot of havoc, and Microsoft is by far the least functional of all the computer operating systems- as they tend to turn out updates that do more damage than they correct to an immense degree: it is exactly that reason that most Microsoft users rightly refuse updates: to protect their machines from bugs that are in updates that will do immense damage to their machines and delicate software.
