The justice department is exhausting the police department as the schools graduate children that cannot read, make change for a dollar, and have never heard of quadratic equations even among the elite unable to attend ROTC without extraordinary remedial education, everybody working these departments need to take a 2-week long aptitude test to find out if the janitors are more qualified than the Math teachers, in all departments to see if anybody is qualified to do anything at all in this city and get rid of the lead weight and focus on not leaving the one child behind by holding everybody else back but pushing everybody forward and nobody passes until they can read.

This type of corruption is probably the reason I was denied from many departments because I refused to lie on my background portion of the hiring process. They claim to be a institution built on truth, honesty and all these so called virtues but when you display them you’re rejected because that’s not who those at the top are!
