Citroen C4 Cactus AIRFLOW 2L concept unveiled

Destined for a public debut at the Paris Motor Show, Citroen has revealed the C4 Cactus AIRFLOW 2L concept. Powered by a Hybrid Air drivetrain pairing a 3-cylinder PureTech petrol engine with a compressed air energy storage unit, the AIRFLOW 2L delivers a 30% reduction in fuel consumption – returning over 141mpg. Styling features have been optimised for a 20 per cent improvement in aerodynamics, with new front bumper air intakes, mobile side deflectors, flush wheel covers and a rear bumper air extractor.
