E.S.P Tungsten Putty

This week, it's the E.S.P Tungsten Review. Sometimes you have to look at the simple things in life and the basic rig components usually gets over looked. You have to ask yourself the question if it's good and does the job. pinning your rigs down is very important in fishing and a good quality putty is paramount to this.

ESP is good, but it's Kryston for me.Try some Drop 'em for braided hooklinks, very good at sinking your braid without the bulk of putty..Just rub your hooklink along the block a few times. Superb for freelinging baits, moulded around a link swivel, comes off too if snagged

ya can even colour ya light braided hook links with it too carl and make it heavy lays nicely on the bottom

ESP is definitely one of the heaviest on the market, but I find it will slip, and fall off coated braid hooklinks easily especially when cold. So I actually mixed it with Deception angling's own putty which is really pliable and sticky. Voila! It's not as heavy but doesn't fall off when cold.

ESP is okay but Kryston Heavy Metal is better. Also going harder in the cold ensures that it stays in position at the business end.
All my rigs have the correct amount of putty secured to be them when the rigs are made . It saves messing about on the bank .
