Hi guys, introducing a new pathway to Canada that has been launched in November 7, 2022, the New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot Program.

This program aims to address the critical shortage of labour force in the province of New Brunswick.

In this 5 year pilot program, no need for English test, no need for proof of funds, in fact it is the employer who will provide settlement support such as housing support
transportation support
job skill training
200 hours language training
access to Canadian secondary school

There are designated 6 big companies who will provide jobs to the foreign applicants.
These companies are:
1. Cooke Aquaculture
2. Groupe Savoie Inc.
3. Groupe Westco
4. Imperial Manufacturing
5.J.D Irving Ltd.
6. McCain Foods

The benefits for the workers under this program are:
1. They will get a special work visa for this
2. They will get a settlement support from the employer
3. They can bring along their family
4. This is a way in for their permanent residency in Canada

I believe there was another offer for immigration for foreigners. I think it was Prince Edward Island or another province nearby. The offer is that you will be given acres of land to till which will be yours but you have to stay for 10 years in that province.
