The best line of the video 10:39 "But this is the NARODITSKY school"

I've been trying to teach my son some chess techniques following your pawn endgame videos, and as I was explaining "trousers" to him, he surprised me with a genius analogy he uses to conceptualize it. He thinks of the position as "leaky pipes", where water (the pawns) is dripping down the pipes (open files), and the opponent's King is trying to catch the water drops with a bucket so his floor doesn't get wet (pawns promote).

It seemed so intuitive and simple that we call it 'leaky pipes' now instead of trousers.

I love seeing Danya pressing that “archive” button.

22:51 That type of rook trap is something I will keep in my arsenal now. Thanks Danya.

Can we get a speedrun with only Russian school boy moves?

21:48 The ol’ “building a roof over the rook” trick! Nice one, Daniel. Always fun to see these kinds of openings dismantled.

I love that the way to beat a silly opening is not to flail at him and help him develop, but to simply be better and exploit his weaknesses.

One of the best ways to start a day is to watch your speed run game, thank you Danya.

Those finals moves man, totally disarmed the opponent.

Great game Danya with lovely explanation & analyzing as always. That quote of yours, brilliant: "Im struggling also with these kind of positions, the only person who don't struggle is Magnus" xD Keep up your great vids and work along with the chess games. Cheers!

Jeez, the way you remember old ideas and track the whole board so well is amazing

Love seeing ya Mr. Naroditsky! Thank you for your amazing content, it has been instrumental in my journey with chess and I will continue to watch every time new videos come out. :)

Good game. That rook trap was really instructive. I haven't seen that before.

I'd like to see some more content covering some of the really classic games, those are great.

Nice, so after 10 tactical moves extremely difficult to see you finally punish your opponent. Very instructive video tho, I think his videos are actually the ones I learn the most!
