1. Google for ... download Apache Archiva
2. Download zip file
3. extract zip
4. move the extracted folder to directory where you want to run Archiva
5. Change 8080 port number
5. Follow steps in video

FYI :
1. open the command prompt -- run as administrator
2. also add the context root as 'archiva' otherwise the app will run on the port
