My Dad served on submarines. Given the amount of manhours and highly-skilled labor that goes into making sure the sub doesn't kill the honestly don't see "private submarine yacht" as a viable plan. Far too likely to end up on the news as "Ironic tragedy of the year".

The Martini 60 concept is flawed, it's a catamaran that doesn't use it's own space. The 2 hulls are wasted serving as 2 giant floaters, and if one of the suspension systems fails, the whole thing will crack like and egg or bend over.
Why complicate things THAT much.
