Tbh shes in majority of the frame and you'd barely be able to see behind her. You are allowed to film in public places. Unless the gym has some rule against it all he can do is ask politely not to be filmed or move out of the way. I'm willing to guess she was minding her own business he came up to her acting all aggressive.

It's a public gym! Take your ass to an artist studio! But she does have the right to privacy! He seen her taking a picture working out! He purposely got in her way! He's wrong!

I'm fed up with all these "I'm in public I can film what I want" sh%t. There should be more laws about phones & other peoples privacy. I don't think anyone has the right to store someone elses being on their phones to do what ever with. Especially with all this AI technology etc about & dirty minded pedophiles about too. I would be extremely uncomfortable if I knew one of my kids were on someone elses phone cos you just don't know. If it was a scantily cloud Woman telling some bloke off for filming "her" in the "background" peoples opinions would be different then!

1st, why record yourself working out…but it’s a FREE country so do u! 2nd, if I didn’t want to b in said “background of film”, if simply & POLITELY ASK TO NOT BE. If the “photographer” declined my plea, I’d simply move away from the camera.

In my opinion. He’s wrong, he didn’t have to be so aggressive. She admitted he wouldn’t be in the camera. It would’ve ended there. We’re all adults, act like it and have adult conversations or at least a few words.

Ok… why do people have such a big problem with others minding their business in wanting to record their progress in order to improve themselves. Compare this to the tik tokers who take up actual public places and create ACTUAL inconveniences to others.
Whereas the gym, you are around others yet isolated in whatever equipment or machine you are using.
Overall the guy is in the wrong for being so aggressive, no one cares about you in the gym. And if it bothers you Verbalize it properly honey.
