I'm always a fan of reading the book before the film - luckily I've already read this, but still think it deserves a re-read!! Can't wait to see the film, and Connie is such an amazing presenter! x

I mostly like to read the book before the movie. The only time I watch the movie before reading the book is when I don't know the movie is based on a book and then if I like the movie I'll pick up the book.

Regardless I read the book years before the movie, and having seen it twice now I reread the book in a day and both are beautiful. The book will always hold a special place in my heart, but the movie was a brilliant adaptation and is also very special to me.
Also did anyone else see that Simon had a copy of The Upside of Unrequited on his bookshelf? 😋

Love both the book and the movie. Both are so lovely and cute! And I definitely try to always read the book before seeing the movie. I have done it the other way around a few times and didn't like the experience as much.
