Ok man, I'm two videos in with you and already a fan. The intro thing is something that's bugging me a little, to be honest. I've been very intentionally trying to keep them as short as possible (because I hate long intros too), but it seems even when they're seconds long I get a drop-off right at the beginning. I mean I gotta tell ya SOMETHING about the cook don't I? Some things need context (at least I think they do, maybe they don't). Good stuff man, I'll be watching and learning.

Awesome video. You really illustrate the points you make well, and the video is packed with useful info. I learned some new things and it confirmed some things as well.
The only quibble (and maybe not even really a quibble) I might have is that I had to back up and rewatch several sections because the pace was so fast. But, I am a bit older than the Millennial category you describe, so maybe that pace is best-tailored to the bulk of your audience.
Also, you made me laugh out loud once or twice with funny details, so that humor has to help retention too :)
