An idea: cooked and chopped cauliflower is also a really good seafood substitute for ceviche.

the closest thing we have the uk to trader joes is marks and Spencer’s so if you ever come to England ( ofc to meet me 😜) you have to do a grocery hall from there !! but trader joes is superior
