Ingredients:
600 gr. - celery root
50 gr - butter
1 piece - leek
2 pcs - potatoes
1.2 l. - Vegetable broth or water.
Salt 1 tsp.
Oregano 1/2 tsp.
Cream 33% - 50 ml
Bread
Parsley
Balsamic sauce
COOKING:
1. Cut the leek and fry in butter
2. Potatoes, celery cut into cubes, add to the saucepan.
3. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, cook for 20 minutes.
4. Blend with a blender to puree. Salt to taste. Add oregano and cream to taste.
5. Serve on the table with crispy bread.
