California food sucks, Fortunately every august brings the chili roast to the gelson market. Now that I found this in Von's, I no longer need wait till August to enjoy real green Chile.

Compare to Via Hatch Green Chile. Via says "Hatch green chile" but 505 says Hatch Valley green Chiles. They never say it's a Hatch Green Chile why? Would they get sued? Hatch green Chiles cost triple what 505 charges. They also are hotter than a Ortega, Anaheim or Mexico green pepper. Are we being deceived?
