None of these dishes are ukrainian, those are all classic dishes from balkans/ex soviet countries, Russia, Moldova, etc make the exact same food and give it the same names

So basically this are just regular slavic dishes, there is no specific one, but vareniki, perhaps, all other stuff, as already has been pointed by others, you can easily find in others countries.
And yeah, dumplings with anything but sour cream is cringe
