Sir lekin BCI ka rule hai ki after enrollment bar council registration ke badh 2 bar aibe exam de sakate agar qualified nahi huye to bar registration cancel ho jayega fir jo final semester vale exam kaise de sakate hai aur fir hame to enrollment process ke liye 15, 000 pay kiya hai fir aibe ke liye 3500 fees ye kya chal raha hai aibe exam band karana chahiye to fir ye sab sawal uthenge nahi aur ek point agar final semester vale log aibe exam de sakate hai to unake liye kitane attempt milenge aur jo enrollment ke baad aibe dene vale hai ye bhaut badi nahinsafi hogi sir kitana kharcha hota hai aibe exam fees bare act book set jidar exam hai vaha us city mein aana jana total 7- 8 hajar kharcha hota hai

The Final year students should be patient enough, every law student should go step by step process, i think final year student petition is clearly make no sense, & who have given them right to obstruct the AIBE 19 exam, Many students wait for it, This petition should get rejected on priority .Shame how can they become an advocate if they don't have patience

The Hon, ble supreme court has passed the verdict regarding the excessive fees for new enrollment, it is the rule or order for every bar council..?

The bar council of West Bengal can't enroll the new passed out law student. The bar council gave them tarikh pe tarikh... Next date is fixed 20th September

That the humble request to you please make a video of those bar councils who disobey the supreme verdict...

Isase pahale wale case me jo 5 bench ke judge ne yah kaha tha ki final year wale bachon ko exam dene ka mouka dena chahiye unka decision hi puri tarah se galat hai kyonki Court ne is bat par dhyaan nahi diya ki AIBE ke exam dene ke liye kuch sharton ka palan karna hota aur jo BCI ke banaye hue exam ko lekar sharton ka palan nahi kar sakta woh AIBE ka exam dene ke layak nahi hai aur AIBE ka exam wohi de sakta hai jisake pass law ka degree ho aur jisane BCI me as an Advocate ke tour par apana Registration karwa liya ho aur AIBE ke exam me Advocate ke roop me karwaye gaye Enrollment number ko bharna hota hai aur jisake pass yah nahi hota woh exam nahi de sakta hai...
Mujhge bada aascharya ho raha hai ki SC ke dovara itana bada mistake kaise ho gaya ki BCI ke dovara banaye gaye AIBE exam ko lekar sharton par dhyaan diye Bina hi aadesh kaise jaari kar diya ki Final year wale students AIBE exam de sakte hain....
Dusari bat yah ki agar kuch logo ke liye exam ki vyavstha isliye nahi ki gayi hai ki woh final year me hai to isaka matlab yah nahi hua ki baki logo ko exam dene se rok diya jaaye....
Is bar court ko apana purana decision ulat dena chahiye kyonki woh galat decision hai jo Exam ki yogyata ko dekhe Bina hi de diya gaya tha....
Yah bhi nahi kaha ja sakta ki final year me ho advocate ke liye registration karwa lo kyonki final year me woh fail bhi ho sakta hai aur Bina degree liye koi kaise karwa sakta hai aur degree final year pass kiye bina kaise di ja sakti hai....
