Great little flashback way before the absolute mind blowing success of Austin Powers! Wish we had more from Mike these days - when’s Austin 4 coming baby?

Love conan's unique vibe. He never let's the guests opinion on a topic be forced. He let's them take the lead and helps here and there when needed to keep the volatility of humor and interest. My personal favorite talk show host. Mocks narcissism in many ways, love it.

Mike Myers is definitely better at playing characters than he is at playing himself...which is why he's as endearing as he is.

Myers did a tribute to Sean Connery where he said Austin Powers was inspired by Sean Connery as James Bond. I always thought it was a bit odd as I'd say Austin Powers is more like Roger Moore's Bond but this explains it. It was the chest hair!!!

I remember my family camping around the TV watching the movie on VHS. I was only 7, so many of the references and jokes flew over my head, but it was such a fun movie to watch and 1997 HAD to have been my favorite year ever.

He's such a talented underrated actor and so charismatic. I'm hoping there will be a fourth Austin Powers, I've been waiting since I was a kid. But even if there isn't, it was a fantastic trilogy with a good ending to the 3rd one.

The inspiration for Austin Powers was to make a movie about a character Lorne Michaels didn't own.

An older coworker from London told me growing up the attitude was going to the dentist was for more upper class folks. They wouldn’t go unless it was an emergency. But he also said they didn’t really care because everyone he knew had “bad” teeth.

We had a "Pig & Whistle" (mid-late 70's) in a neighboring town (I think Torrington, CT). GREAT vibe (w/Darts).

It's crazy how the Austin Powers movies have aged so amazingly and so terribly at the same time. Still hilarious
